Child Development Lab School Assistant

Overview:  The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of child growth and development, developmentally appropriate practice, the use of best practice in the early childhood classroom, and express an excitement toward working with children. WIN Center Case Manager / ITA Coordinator
Location:  WIN Job Centers (Hattiesburg, Picayune, Columbia)
Overview:  This position will work directly with One-Stop / WIN Job Centers to determine and address training needs of WIOA participants through PRCC workforce services.  Duties will include providing support services; record collection; invoicing; maintaining case notes; serving as a liaison between WIN Job Centers and PRCC; conducting outreach activities; providing technical assistance to participants and partners for WIOA programs; and data-entry into multiple data systems.
Status:  Full-Time / Professional / 12 months.  (Maintain regularly scheduled office hours, consistent with MDES WIN Center hours and holidays, to advise and assist participants, WIN Center customers, and WIN Center staff.)
Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred.  Exceptions may be made for those with minimum of associate degree and extensive professional experience.
Work Experience:  Applicants should have 3+ years direct experience social, educational or human services program delivery or a related field.  Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.  Experience with data management.

Associate Degree Nursing Instructor --- (ADJUNCT)
Job Description/Overview:  This position requires individuals to have a desire to teach students to become registered nurses. The role includes an understanding of the inner functions of a nursing program as they relate to admissions, curricula, practice arenas, evaluations, and outcomes. The individual must have a thorough understanding of the use of technology as a supplemental instructional tool, express an aspiration toward life-long learning, and have an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team. The position requires the instruction of classroom and clinical content, the possession of effective leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Status:  Adjunct
Educational/Experience Requirements:  Qualified applicants must hold a graduate degree with a major in nursing (concentration in nursing education preferred) from a regionally accredited institution, hold an unencumbered Mississippi RN license, have a minimum of five (5) years acute care nursing experience; preferably have a minimum of one (1) year of formal (nursing) teaching experience; preferably in an ADN or higher degree program; preferably hold certification as a nurse educator or a willingness to seek certification within three (3) years of employment.

Overview: Administrative Assistant will successfully expedite the work of the Office of Dual Enrollment. This will include the day to day operations of a highly active office while providing outstanding customer service.  Individuals will be expected to use technology on a daily basis and to communicate with high school personnel, parents, and students.

Surgical Technology Instructor --- (ADJUNCT)
Location:  Forrest County Campus 
Job Description/Overview:  The Surgical Technology Program is seeking hire 2 full time instructors and 1 Adjunct.   Full time instructors will work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Adjunct hours will vary per semester. Responsibilities may include didactic and laboratory instruction in addition to clinical supervision, instruction and direction and guidance of clinical preceptors.
